Stan said in the new film that he spends a lot more time on-screen with Anthony Mackie (Sam Wilson/Falcon) and they had a really good time filming together. He was at San Diego Comic Con and a friend called him and said that the new film was going to be called the Winter Soldier and that is how he found out the news. He was one of the last to find out that they were making “Captain America: the Winter Soldier”.

He said that Captain America was really the first comic book he read and he was really excited to be a part of the franchise. Stan joked that he really wasn’t able to say anything about the film as Marvel has snipers at every appearance waiting to strike if they reveal any information. Stan participated in photo ops and autograph sessions with fans and spoke before a capacity crowd of 4,500 plus fans who were all excited to hear any information about the upcoming “Captain America: Civil War” film.
